Why Mindset T-shirts?
As someone who has been through what I refer to as "my fair share" of weak mental moments in life, including battling crippling depression, feeling worthless, not wanting to talk to anyone or do anything, suffering the consequences of letting depression rule my life like leaving a job that didn't value me or my time, to not being mentally able to get another job for more than six months, getting my car repoed, having my cell phone cut off, not being able to pay the

 
rent nor my bills, having everything go to collections and ruining my credit, having to move back home with Mom, which as a 30-something year old was more than humiliating for me as I'm a very proud person and I like to fix my own problems and not ask for help so I was finally

humbled enough to accept moving back home to put my life back together. Thankfully, the company that I kept was what I needed to slowly start on the path to positivity and rebirth. Establishing a positive mindset is one of the most difficult things I've had to do because it meant changing a mental habitual way of being and thinking that I've had my entire life! And even though I still have some residual mindset weakness, I'm in a far better place than I was a year ago. And so, I decided that with that journey I went through someone could benefit from the sayings, affirmations, words of wisdom, that were given to me.

And 'Frey'Dez Wares' was created and focuses on developing and most importantly maintaining a positive mindset to better our mental health and therefore our daily lives to be able to achieve more of the things we dream of. The power of a positive mindset a human's mental foundation and is very real; it can increase our life span, lower rates of depression, lower levels of distress and build a greater resistance to the common cold to name a few and that is the awareness and empowerment we wish to convey with 'Frey'Dez Wares'.
